Based on the Service-oriented architecture (SOA), it was built to work seamlessly with the company's ERP. The system offers unique capabilities, such as workflow modelling and electronic document management, curriculum management, recruitment and selection, corporate programs management, and competence management.

Infopar developed a modern "front end" to a legacy logistics software using Ajax techniques on the Web, rich client platform (RIA) and Web services-based interfaces.
